全自動(dòng)數(shù)標(biāo)機(jī)

1、 概述 （Overview）

本機(jī)適用于標(biāo)簽卷筒入倉庫前的，整卷標(biāo)簽張數(shù)的清點(diǎn)。自動(dòng)數(shù)標(biāo)機(jī)屬新一代系列性能設(shè)備，是根據(jù)自動(dòng)貼標(biāo)機(jī)的工藝及技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)與制造的。

The machine is suitable for counting the labels when checking or storage the labels in roll. The machine is special designed according to the process of the labeling machine.

2、使用參數(shù) （Operation Parameters）

本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)：由步進(jìn)調(diào)速電機(jī)、電子計(jì)數(shù)機(jī)、光電開關(guān)組成。采用電眼檢測(cè)，準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定。主機(jī)由PLC、觸摸屏控制。

The structure of the machine: consist of stepping speed control motor, electronic counting machine, optoelectronic switch. The main system is controlled by the PLC and the touch screen.

1) 設(shè)備電路由總電源開關(guān)、顯示器、正反轉(zhuǎn)開關(guān)組成。

— The circuit is consist of power switch, monitor, clockwise and anti-clockwise switch.

2) 計(jì)數(shù)器為顯示器計(jì)數(shù)器。

— The counter adopts display screen to show the counting number.

3) 標(biāo)簽規(guī)格：標(biāo)簽卷筒芯內(nèi)徑：Ф76mm

標(biāo)簽紙卷外徑：較大Ф300mm

標(biāo)簽卷筒紙高度：150mm以內(nèi)

— Specifications of the labels: Inner diameter: Ф76mm

                           Outer diameter:(max) Ф300mm

                           The height of the roll: (max) 150mm

4) 電源：110V/50HZ

— Power supply: 110V/50HZ

5) 精度誤差：±1‰

— Accuracy error: ±1‰

3、操作流程 (Operational Process)

1) 按圖示正確安裝標(biāo)簽，調(diào)整各部位的高度。

將待計(jì)數(shù)的標(biāo)簽放于被動(dòng)標(biāo)紙盤上，并準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)空的內(nèi)徑為76mm，高度與標(biāo)簽一致的標(biāo)簽卷，將空標(biāo)簽卷套于主動(dòng)標(biāo)紙盤上，此時(shí)將標(biāo)簽頭繞過導(dǎo)標(biāo)輪→光電→導(dǎo)標(biāo)輪，纏繞于空紙卷上（建議在標(biāo)簽的開頭和結(jié)尾留一段沒有標(biāo)簽的空白底紙，以便于降低數(shù)標(biāo)誤差），纏繞完畢后，將有機(jī)玻璃覆標(biāo)盤蓋好（覆標(biāo)盤應(yīng)與標(biāo)簽卷距離略微空隙，否則會(huì)壓到標(biāo)簽導(dǎo)致底紙撕裂），鎖緊螺絲，并插好固定鋼桿，此鋼桿在插的時(shí)候應(yīng)選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)牟蹇祝乐箍占埦碓诶p繞過程中產(chǎn)生打滑的現(xiàn)象。

— Fix the label roll according to the graphical representation, adjust the height of every part.

Put the label on the driven plate, preparing an empty label roll, which inner diameter is 76 mm, height is consistent with the label,  put the empty roll on the drive plate, wind the label through the leading wheel- optical - leading wheel, winding on the empty label roll (recommended leave a period of blank paper without label at the beginning and the end, so that reduce the error), winding finished, put the organic glass cover on the roll(leave a bit space between the plate and the roll, otherwise the plate will be press on the label, and tear the paper), then lock the screw, insert the fixed steel rod, choose appropriate socket when insert the steel rod, prevent the skid phenomenon during the winding process.

2) 檢查標(biāo)簽位置是否正確。

— Check out if the label position is correct.

3) 開電源，點(diǎn)擊工作畫面到數(shù)標(biāo)畫面，再點(diǎn)擊啟動(dòng)。

— Turn on the power supply, press the working page to the counting page, then click the key of run.

4) 確認(rèn)無故障后可以正常生產(chǎn)。

— After confirmed trouble-free can operate normally.

5) 生產(chǎn)完成后，解除警報(bào)，點(diǎn)擊停止。

— Finished, release the warning, click stop.

6) 關(guān)機(jī)，拔掉電源。

— Turn it off, unplug the power.

4、數(shù)標(biāo)參數(shù)注解（The Parameter Annotation）

1) 較高速度：表示剛開始運(yùn)行時(shí)的速度，可根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，此參數(shù)若有改動(dòng)，需在改動(dòng)之后將數(shù)標(biāo)畫面中的當(dāng)前數(shù)量和累計(jì)數(shù)量清零后，參數(shù)設(shè)置方可生效。此參數(shù)不宜過高也不宜過低，一般在500HZ-600HZ之間比較適宜。

— Max speed: means the speed in the beginning, can be adjusted according to need, if this parameter changed, it will take effect after clear the cumulative quantity and the current quantity. Do not set the parameter too high nor too slow, among 500 HZ to 600 HZ is appropriate.

2) 時(shí)間間隔：由于在數(shù)標(biāo)過程中，主動(dòng)盤上標(biāo)簽卷的直徑越來越大，但是電機(jī)毎秒的轉(zhuǎn)速是固定的，所以當(dāng)直徑變大的時(shí)候，那么周長(zhǎng)（也就是毎秒計(jì)數(shù)的長(zhǎng)度）就會(huì)變長(zhǎng)，即毎秒需要計(jì)數(shù)的標(biāo)簽數(shù)量增多，此時(shí)的檢測(cè)器的反應(yīng)速度會(huì)跟不上，所以需要降低設(shè)備運(yùn)行速度，時(shí)間間隔參數(shù)是用于設(shè)定多久降低一次速度。此參數(shù)不宜過低也不宜過高，主要取決于標(biāo)簽的長(zhǎng)短，標(biāo)簽較長(zhǎng)的情況可以略高，標(biāo)簽較短的情況可以略低，一般在40-60s之間比較適宜。

— Time interval: during the counting process, the diameter of the roll on the drive plate is getting larger and larger, but the RPM of the motor is fixed, so when the diameter getting larger, then the circumference (that is length go through the photo electricity) will get longer, then the system will count more labels, the detector response speed can not keep up with, so need to reduce the equipment running speed, the time interval parameter is used to set how long the speed will reduce. Do not set the parameter too high nor too slow, it is mainly depend on the length of the label, the label longer can slightly higher, short tag can be slightly lower, among 40S to 60S is appropriate..

3) 速度變化：此參數(shù)指的是毎一次設(shè)備運(yùn)行速度下降的頻率，通過對(duì)時(shí)間間隔的設(shè)置，則在設(shè)定的時(shí)間間隔到達(dá)后，總速度便會(huì)下降，此參數(shù)中的數(shù)值不宜過高，一般在20-40之間為宜。

舉例：較高速度為520HZ，時(shí)間間隔為50s，速度變化為20HZ

講解：設(shè)備在剛開始時(shí)的速度為520HZ，當(dāng)運(yùn)行50s后，速度降為500HZ，100s后速度降為480HZ

— Velocity change: this parameter means the frequency it decrease during the time interval，then after the time interval reached, the total speed will decrease the number you set. Do not set the parameter too high nor too slow, among 20 to 40 is appropriate.

— For example: The max speed the 520 HZ, the time interval is 50S, the velocity change is 20 HZ.

— Explanation: The speed at the beginning is 520HZ, when running after the 50S, speed reduced to 500HZ, after 100S speed reduced to 480 HZ.

5、參數(shù)的設(shè)置（How To Set The Parameters）

將顯示屏調(diào)到數(shù)標(biāo)參數(shù)畫面，按SET鍵，再選中需要更改的參數(shù)，手動(dòng)輸入數(shù)值調(diào)節(jié)完畢后，按ENT鍵確認(rèn)，確認(rèn)后，在數(shù)量清零后設(shè)置生效（參數(shù)在出廠前已設(shè)置為比較合適的參數(shù)，無需大副度調(diào)節(jié)）。

— Set the screen to the counting parameter image, press SET key, then pitch on the parameter needing to change, press SET button to enter,  select the data needs to adjust, then input the data, after adjusted, press key of ENT to confirm. After confirmation, it will take effect after clear the cumulative quantity and the current quantity. (The parameter has been SET before delivery, do not greatly adjustment).

6、注意事項(xiàng)（Announcements）

1) 該機(jī)使用110伏交流電，接通電源前請(qǐng)檢查一下機(jī)器各部位零件是否安裝到位。

— This machine use 110V alternating current (AC), please check each part of the machine parts is installed before turning on the power supply.

2) 務(wù)必使導(dǎo)輪底部導(dǎo)帶環(huán)處于同一水平線上，上導(dǎo)帶環(huán)推至與標(biāo)簽邊緣之位置。

— Make sure all guide wheel at the same level, push the top wheel to the edge of label.

3) 確定標(biāo)簽已拉順。

— Determine the label has been pulled straighten.

4) 確定標(biāo)簽環(huán)繞路徑正確。

— Determine the label winded correct.
